Abstract
This project is a manual for instructional coaches or principals to incorporate the Sheltered Instruction Observation Protocol (SIOP) in their teachers' repertoire of skills as well as any other instructional programs they may want to implement in their school. Focuses on how instructional coaches can get into the trenches with teachers and support their instruction by incorporating professional development in the SIOP with cognitive coaching.
