Abstract
The purpose of this project was to create a curriculum that can be used to support students as they develop writing strategies. Current literature and research on the writing process and the writer's workshop is explored. The project describes procedures, methods, and activities used to develop the curriculum. The project makes use of the Washington State Essential Learning Requirements. The project explores the use of the curriculum that was developed and how it can be adapted to meed individual needs."
