This model program in music orientation and skill development is designed to involve the elementary student in four (4) specific areas; listening to music, moving to music, singing, and playing musical instruments. Through these activities the students are taught the following musical concepts: melody, rhythm, form, tempo and dynamics. Sheet music, songs and instumental and orchestral lessons are included.
