Abstract
This inservice training manual explores three (3) areas for facilitating effective teaching strategies of behaviorally challenged middle level students. The first area is classroom preparation and organization, including establishing a code of conduct with discipline guidelines. The second area covered is classroom management and the third is behavior management. Level: middle/junior high school
