Abstract
I compiled research on the history, goals and intent, and cooperation and teamwork in the physical education curriculum. I also compiled research on the national and state standards and evaluation and grading in the physical education program. Based on the research, I created a handbook for physical education teachers. The handbook describes the research surrounding physical education. As well, it offers simple guidelines for physical educators."
