Abstract
A first grade year-long science curriculum was created for this project. Research articles, published science lessons, teacher guides, and classroom teachers were consulted in the creation of this curriculum. The lessons and activities presented in all four units are designed to provide hands-on experience. There are also many literature connection recommendations. Possible assessment guidelines are also provided."
